Quilt Label - Custom Embroidered Baby Quilt Label

Making a baby quilt for a special new delivery? Add an extra special touch with a customized embroidered quilt label.

Label features the following in a basic block font:

Baby name (first, middle, last - if desired)
Date of Birth
Time of Birth
Weight
Length

Design measures approximately 4" wide x 3" tall.

Quilt labels will be stitched on a 6" x 6" block to allow you to cut down or fold over the edges before stitching onto your quilt.

Proofs will be sent for approval prior to stitching.

Several available thread colors - standard fabric choices of white or off-white.  

Contact us with any other color preferences for threads or fabrics.  Other fonts are available as well.  We are happy to accommodate your needs.
