Simple Custom Embroidered Quilt Label

This simple custom embroidered quilt label is the perfect way to finish off your special quilt in a cute Petit Bisou font.

Line 1 = Name of quilt design/pattern
Line 2 = Occasion - birthday, wedding, graduation, etc.
Line 3 = Name of quilter
Line 4 = Completion date

Design measures approximately 4" wide x 3" tall.

Quilt labels will be stitched on a 6" x 6" block to allow you to cut down or fold over the edges before stitching onto your quilt.

Proofs will be sent for approval prior to stitching.

Several available thread colors - standard fabric choices of white or off-white.
